Admin Level - Email/Print/Calendar

If you would like to print a Member/Athlete Directory for your team please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Member Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin > Members tab.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Members.
  2. Search for your athletes or use the filters to narrow down your search.
  3. Select all your members you want to include in the directory and click the Export > Member Directory.

Parents (non-admins) can also print this directory, but only if Member Search is enabled for your site.

  1. Go to Member Search.
    1. Chameleon users: Click Members link at very top of screen.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Member Search.
  2. Search for a name or click Display ALL.
  3. Select one or all accounts.
  4. Click Print Member Directory.

Note that only accounts who participate in the member search (set in My Account > My Account) will show up in this list, whereas admins can access all the accounts.
