Sent password email and account didn't receive it
Admin Level: Superuser
What do I do if I sent out a password email and the account doesn’t receive it?
Super User Admin can set the password for the account.
- Go to Account Admin.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Accounts.
- Search for the Account
- Click the account name
- Click the Reset Password button
- Let the account know what you have set it to
- Tell the Account to change their password once they login
