What do I do if I sent out a password email and the account doesn’t receive it?

Super User Admin can set the password for the account.

  1. Go to Account Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Accounts.
  2. Search for the Account
  3. Click the account name
  4. Click the Reset Password button
  5. Let the account know what you have set it to
  6. Tell the Account to change their password once they login
