Why is my swimmer not showing the event?
My swimmer is not showing in the Meet for me to commit them to the meet and the events.
If you are trying to commit a swimmer to attend an event and they are not showing up in the not committed tab make sure both the Account and the Member Account are set as Status *ACTIVE.
- Go to Team Admin > Account/Member Admin (Chameleon) or Team Tools > Accounts (New CMS) and search by last name.
- If the account is suspended or canceled hidden click on the account and change status to Active.
- If the Account is Active click on the account and scroll down and check the status of the swimmers. If they are suspended or canceled/hidden select their account and change their status to Active.
