Membership: Can't add account because email already exists
Admin Level - SuperUser
Sometimes, when creating an account, you'll receive an error that states that an account already exists with the login email you're attempting to use.
To resolve the duplicate:
- From the Account Contact Information page, under the login email, click Click here to go to that account.
- Make edits to the account as needed.
- Check that the "Account Status" is set to Active.
- When finished, click Save.
