Admin Level - SuperUser

Sometimes, when creating an account, you'll receive an error that states that an account already exists with the login email you're attempting to use.

To resolve the duplicate:
  1. From the Account Contact Information page, under the login email, click Click here to go to that account.
  2. Make edits to the account as needed.
  3. Check that the "Account Status" is set to Active.
  4. When finished, click Save.
