SwimOffice Admin - Not an Admin

Follow these steps to do a clean reinstall of OnDeck for iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch or Android. The basic steps are to exit OnDeck, stop any processes associated with it, uninstall it, then reinstall it. Make sure to save your data before doing this because you will lose any unsaved information.

iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch
  1. Save if needed.
  2. Press the Home button to return to your list of apps.
  3. Double tap Home to bring up a list of running apps.
  4. Find OnDeck in the list and swipe up to quit the app. We recommend doing this to all the other running apps as well.
  5. Double-tap the Home button again.
  6. While viewing all your apps, tap and hold on the OnDeck icon, and then all the apps will start to shake.
  7. Tap the X on the OnDeck app to delete it.
  8. Press the Home button.
  9. Go to the App Store.
  10. Search for OnDeck and install it. Make sure, if you are a parent, to install regular OnDeck and NOT OnDeck Parent, as the latter is obsolete and will soon be removed from the App Store.

Android (steps needed may vary slightly based on the the specific model/software)

  1. Save if needed.
  2. Exit OnDeck.
  3. Go to the Home screen.
  4. Open the menu and select Settings.
  5. Tap Applications > Manage applications.
  6. Scroll down and tap OnDeck.
  7. Tap Force Stop if the button is enabled.
  8. Tap Clear data and OK to verify.
  9. Tap Uninstall, OK.
  10. Go to Google Play.
  11. Search for OnDeck and install it. Make sure, if you are a parent, to install regular OnDeck and NOT OnDeck Parent, as the latter is obsolete and will soon be removed from the App Store.
