TeamUnify has best practices to help prepare, market and communicate your online registration system is ready!

  • Go to Team Profile and double check your age up date if you use it (seasonal teams only) and ensure the date is current.
  • Create a News article (in Chameleon or New CMS) announcing that your online registration will be opening soon! Use the powerful email functionality in the news section to communicate to your membership. It also shows those coming to your site that it's current and up to date.
  • Use the pre-built Email Promo within your online registration system to email your membership. To access and email do the following:
    1. Go to Registration Admin.
      • Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Registration Admin.
      • New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Registration Admin.
    2. Click your current registration.
    3. On the bottom of the setup page click the Email Promo tab.
    4. Copy the text
    5. Go to Account Admin.
      1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin.
      2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Accounts.
    6. Select a specific set of accounts or select all.
    7. Click Communicate > Send New Email.
    8. Enter in a Subject.
    9. Paste your Email Promo into the body of the email
    10. Click Send.
