This only seems to affect Canadian QB versions.

Dates in Canada are usually listed as dd/mm/yyyy so Canadian QuickBooks sets the date default as dd/mm/yyyy but TeamUnify places the date in the IIF file as mm/dd/yyyy. When you run the reports by date or a quick report you will not see the breakdown because the dates are incorrect.

To fix the invoice date do the following in QuickBooks.

  1. Go to Chart of Accounts
  2. Double click on Accounts Receivable
  3. Find the line item labeled XXXWebsite and type INV
  4. Double click on this line item
  5. Change the date using the calendar picker
  6. Save and Close
  7. Run your reports
