Admin Level - Superuser

To ask a question in Registration, you can use the user defined field functionality.

A user defined field can be set that will appear by account and/or member (watch tutorial below) or follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Team Profile.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Team Profile.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Team Profile & Settings.
  2. Enter an account question in the Account Custom Field Label field, such as "What is your Club Account Number?"
  3. You may also enter a member question in the Member Custom Field Label field.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Once you have set this field please DO NOT change it. If you do, the account user defined field for ALL accounts will update to this new name. Only change it if you are doing a system wide change.
