Admin Level - Superuser

To safely remove a registration group without affecting those already registered to that group do the following:

  1. Login to SwimOffice
  2. Go to Registration Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Registration Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Registration Admin.
  3. Select your registration title to update
  4. Go to the tab Fees Setup
  5. Select the registration group selection link
  6. Reselect ONLY those groups still being used - DO NOT DELETE! If you delete this will remove the registration group all together even from those that registered.
  7. Select OK
  8. Select the Next in the bottom right
  9. Confirm the correct groups have been selected and the dollar amounts are still accurate
  10. Save Changes. You must move to this screen to ensure the registration groups are saved.
