Admin Level - Superuser

To change the registration location or group of an existing registration,

  1. Go to Registration Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Registration Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Registration Admin.
  2. Click on the Manage button located next to the desired registration
  3. Select the registrations you want to change by placing a check mark next to the Account name
  4. Click the Move Group & Location Button
  5. Select your desired group and location then click the Save Changes and Move

If the group you move them to costs more or less than the group you moved them from, you will want to charge or refund the difference; see the below articles to learn how.
