Service Hours Process utilizing the Service Hours Admin and Event features

  1. Utilizing Service Hours Admin yearly obligation is created per account
  2. Job Signup is created via Event Edit and Event Job Setup
  3. Accounts sign up for jobs with a defined “Time Period”
  4. Volunteer Admin (or equivalent) will utilize the Event Job Done Confirmation to confirm hours were worked
  5. Event Job Done Confirmation will populate the “Worked” column in the Service Hours Admin and reconcile against the defined “Yearly Obligation”
  6. At the end of the Fiscal Year (defined by a billing month) the Service hour “Balance” remainder will be charged to the individual accounts using the billing system. This is defined in the Service Hours System Setup.
