Can't Adjust/Add Service Hours for New Accounts
Admin Level - Financial Admin Full Access or Service Hours Administrator
If you have already set the obligation for Service Hours, you have to manually set the new accounts with an obligation before you can add hours to their account.
- Go to Service Hours Admin.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Billing Admin > Service Hours Admin.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Service Hours Admin.
- Click Display ALL or search for specific accounts.
- Put a check mark next to those accounts with a zero obligation.
- Click Multi-Reset Yearly Obligation.
- Enter the hours required.
- Click Save Changes for ALL Accounts listed NOW.
- In Worked column, click New.
- Enter worked hours.
- Click Save Changes.
